Lucian Popa
Founder & Principal Consultant
Lucian Popa is the Founder of Sculptronix and an experienced business consultant and executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in the railway, automotive and industrial sectors.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management from the University of Bradford, a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge, and an MBA from Manchester Metropolitan University. He is an internal auditor according to ISO TS/22163 and ISO 9001 and certified in Lean Six Sigma by the Technical University of Munich.
Alongside his consulting work, Lucian has contributed to academic and international institutions as a Guest Lecturer for the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Bradford, delivering content on business, leadership, and sustainability.
Lucian’s professional background includes senior executive roles within the railway industry, where he has worked extensively with large multinational corporations and complex industrial organizations, engaging with Fortune European 500 and Fortune Global 500 stakeholders across strategic, operational, and governance-level initiatives.
In addition to his professional activities, Lucian is actively involved in community development initiatives as a member & former President of Rotaract Craiova Probitas and as a member of Rotary Craiova Probitas.
